Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation notification directly on the checkout page. You will also receive an email confirmation.
In order to have your order successfully submitted, you will need to fully complete and submit this intake form including your billing information, valid I.D., and a video if your state requires it (you will be prompted if it is required of you).
A doctor will review your form and determine if you are eligible for a prescription. You are only charged if you are approved.
You will be receiving emails from meds@hellocake.com. Please make sure to save this email to your contact list so you don't miss any emails on your order status and any messaging attempts from a doctor.
Once approved and your prescription has been paid for, it typically takes about 2 - 3 business days for the prescription to fulfill and ship your order. Once shipped it generally takes another 2 -4 business days to arrive. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii might take an additional day or two.
