Changing your prescription strength will require you to fill out a new intake form for a doctor to review. Since our different medications have different costs, your doctor will not be able to automatically change your prescription for you. You can absolutely consult with them beforehand, but in order to make it official, you will need to submit a new form.
To get started, click on "+Add refill" on the homepage of your dashboard. You will need to fill out a new form and select the new strength and subscription of your choice.
Once approved for your new prescription, you will need to cancel your original subscription. To cancel your original subscription, in your dashboard head to the Manage Subscriptions section and click the Manage Prescription and there you will see the Cancel Subscription button.
Once you've completed these steps be on the lookout for email confirmations.
